It was a beautiful night for a family wishing a warm farewell to their daughter as she heads off on a new adventure in London! 🇬🇧
We started off their evening with BLT deviled eggs, tequila lime shrimp, and Hawaiian meatballs. Our grazing table was filled with delicious charcuterie, spinach dip, fresh bruschetta, and hummus. Guests also enjoyed smash burger sliders, smoked pulled pork, and chicken bacon ranch sliders. A little something for everyone! ❤️

It was truly our pleasure to be back at the Local 80 catering for a special event in support of Dan Osborn, a Nebraska representative running for the U.S. Senate.

There is something truly special about living in a small town where neighbors come together to support one another. ❤️
A huge thank you to the Agua Dulce Woman’s Club and the Community Connect Group for hosting such a fantastic line dancing event! We had an incredible time serving up our signature smash burgers, gourmet hot dogs, and ice cold drinks from our mobile bar trailer.
We’re so grateful to everyone who came out to eat, dance, laugh, and support our local business. Nights like these are what make our community so special. They remind us that small towns aren’t just places to live, they’re places where friendships are built, memories are made, and people genuinely show up for one another.

A sweet little baby is in bloom 🌸It brought us so much joy to be a small part of this darling baby shower, beautifully hosted by the soon to be grandma, Sara. Sara Tate Every detail was absolutely perfect, and you could truly feel the love surrounding this growing family.

Our luncheon menu included:
Pesto Pasta Salad, Italian Chopped Salad, Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches and Turkey Club Wraps.

What a beautiful day it was celebrating Matt & Brittany at Tesoro Adobe Historical Park! 🤍
We were truly honored to be a part of your special day and help bring your wedding vision to life. From our appetizer charcuterie spread to a full buffet featuring smoked tri-tip, honey glazed chicken breasts, red skinned mashed potatoes, green bean almondine, roasted tri-colored carrots, Southwestern and Caesar salads, butternut squash raviolis, fresh dinner rolls, and a delicious assortment of mini cupcakes, it was a joy serving your family and friends.
Our team also had the pleasure of providing bar service and servers to help make the celebration seamless from start to finish.
A special thank you to Karrie for your continued support and trust in Waggoner’s Waggon. We are always honored when we get the opportunity to cater another one of your events!

Treat your team to a flavorful Off the Waggon Fiesta Lunch experience by Waggoner’s Waggon, this was the perfect way to elevate company lunch break!

These guests enjoyed their choice of tender carnitas, savory carne asada, flavorful pollo asada, or our delicious vegan ground bean option, all served alongside classic rice and beans. The experience was topped off with a vibrant self serve toppings bar featuring fresh salsa, guacamole, and all the fiesta favorites to customize the perfect plate. Can’t forget the grab and go triple chocolate brownies and chocolate covered strawberries. Also some fresh horchata and agua Fresca.

Fresh, festive, and made to bring people together, this Off the Waggon lunch was the perfect mid day celebration for their whole team.
