“Made in America” isn’t a slogan here. It’s how we’ve built every system since 1994. One at a time, tested before it ships, backed for life.

What’s inside your filter? 🔍 We cut one open so you can see. Overseas made vs. made in the USA. Your water is in your coffee, your cooking, every glass you pour. It’s worth knowing what’s inside the filter.

“You get what you pay for.”

For Andrea, that means a system built to last and if anything ever goes wrong, a real team that shows up to fix it. No wasted time, no second guessing the investment.

We’d like to recognize and celebrate what makes AlkaVida different. Every product and fixture we sell is made start to finish in our own factories in California and South Carolina.

No overseas production, no shortcuts. Just the best we can build for the people who trust us with their water.

Meet Andrea Ledezma and welcome to her beautiful home where we installed a full Alka75 system with a gold finish.

We partnered with Andrea and the ladies of Ladies of Porter Ranch and her story is exactly why we do what we do.

She tried the countertop route first, even found a fly inside one system (yes, really). Tried a few others after that and still felt like something wasn’t adding up. The more she researched what water actually does for the body, the more she realized she wasn’t just filtering out the bad, she was flushing out things she needed, like electrolytes.

That’s when she found AlkaVida. Made in the USA, filtration that also puts minerals back in. Now she says it’s one of the best changes she’s made for her whole household.

People assume filtered water is filtered water. It’s not.

AlkaVida is built on years of engineering and you can taste the difference the second you switch.

Most people think hair damage is a product problem. It’s often a water problem. Chlorine binds to hair proteins and pulls moisture out over repeated exposure. Tap water tested at 26.8% moisture, filtered water after Cleo at 46.3%.

She started researching LA tap water — what’s actually in it, what does and doesn’t get filtered out, and she couldn’t believe what she found. Contaminants regular fridge filters aren’t built to catch, sitting in the water her family drinks every day.

Her question hit us too: why isn’t anyone talking about this??

AlkaVida was transparent about what their system actually does. Keeping the minerals your body needs, filtering out what it doesn’t, adding electrolytes back in.

Chlorine is added to tap water to kill bacteria before it reaches your home, but that same chlorine strips your skin’s natural oils and your hair’s moisture every time you shower. Hot water makes it worse: steam opens your pores, so more chlorine gets absorbed straight through your skin instead of just rinsing off.

Cleo intercepts it before that happens. Water passes through a multi-stage filter cartridge that reduces chlorine and other contaminants right at the shower head, so what touches your skin and hair is already filtered. Swap in a pod for what you need most: Anti-Frizz, Softener, as well as adding Aromatherapy in Eucalyptus or Lemongrass.
