Here at Enlow’s Meats, we feel the animal should be raised the way it was created to be raised. Our livestock lives with as little stress as possible. They are free range animals that do receive a corn ration to encourage tender well marbled meat. We started raising our meat this way for our family because there were not a lot of other outlets to acquire it. We have always believed that we were doing ourselves an injustice by consuming meat that had so many therapeutic antibiotics and growth hormones added. We only administer medications on an as needed basis and never offer any growth hormones of any kind.
