🌷Happy April, RFM patrons! Here’s our schedule for the month.

Great news! We’re back for spring starting Monday the 6th at our regular hours 💫. For a detailed overview of our times, see the pinned post on our page.

We will be taking in meal kit requests this Friday before we open, and distribution will be on opening day! This week’s recipe is creamy mushroom orzo pasta with breaded chicken! 🍗 🍝 Leftovers will be handed out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Go to the mealkit link in our bio to sign up.

On Wednesday the 8th, Redwood Free Market and Cowell Coffee Shop are collaborating to put on a 🎤🎶 karaoke night! Come join us at CCS from 6-8 PM for great karaoke by our wonderful fellow slugs 🐌, and some delicious cocktails 🍹(provided by CCS) and spam/tofu musubi 🍣 (provided by RFM).

Lastly, RFM will be hosting our annual 👚 clothing swap on Thursday the 23th from 1-4:30 PM. Unleash your creativity and upgrade your fits! 💃🏼🕺Clothing donations are welcome and greatly appreciated.

We have a lot planned this month besides the mentioned activities, so keep an eye out if you spot us around campus 👀

Today we say Farewell to Sofia L! Sofia joined RFM summer/fall 2025 eager to help our mission and ready to work! Our team will miss her turning the pantry into a fun rodeo! 🤠
Sofia is also our inaugural STAR SWEEPER! ⭐️🧹Sofia was given this honor for her attention to detail and dedication to the floors. We sincerely thank her for keeping a clean space for our visitors and all the other hard work she put into the pantry!

Hey everyone! Check out our finals schedule ⬆️. We’ll be open M-W with varying hours and serving burritos 🌯 from 9:30 AM - 1 PM.

Monday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM - 1:30 PM
Wednesday: 9 AM - 1 PM

Happy March, folks! We’re almost done with the horror that is winter quarter and we’re moving onwards to 🌼 spring! 🌼

This month, we’ll be distributing meal-kits 🍱 in the second week, so be sure to check our story on Friday the 6th to sign up! Extra meal kits will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis, as usual.

During finals week, we 🧑‍🍳 will be making breakfast burritos 🌯 for our patrons from Mon-Wed at our usual hours. Make sure to grab one and fuel up for exams! 📖

🗓️ Our last day open for the winter is Wednesday, March 18. We will be closed for the remainder of that week and spring break as well. RFM will most likely open in the second week of spring quarter, so we’ll see you then! 🌷

You might win a gift card 💳 or tote bag! 🛍️ On Thursday from 1-4 PM, head to the RCC Red Room for the CalFresh Enrollment Expedition 🚀, where the team will guide you through your application 📝 and interview.

Did you know we have free shampoo🧴, conditioner, laundry detergent, and body wash 🧼?

(Re)introducing our 🫧Wonderfil 🫧 station! UCSC students can obtain 32 oz of each Wonderfil product. If you bring in your own bottle that is more than 32 oz, we will only fill it up to 32 oz.

We are very limited on Wonderfil bottles. While we allow students to rent 3 of our own bottles at a time, we highly‼️recommend bringing your own in case we run out. Please make sure to ⏰ timely return them if you are able to rent our bottles!
