A little temporary update for our Miches & Ceviches family 🌶️🍤

Effective immediately through June 1st, we’ll be adjusting our hours and will now be open:

Thursday–Sunday 11 AM – 7 PM

Closed Monday–Wednesday

We truly appreciate everyone’s continued support, understanding, and love while we make this temporary adjustment. 💛

AND don’t worry — we’ll still be hanging out at Friday evenings at Buena Vista Brewery 🍻🌮 Stay tuned for upcoming dates and updates!

We don’t sell alcohol at our location (we know… not ideal, but it’s part of our permit 🥲).
BUT — you can always grab a bottle of our michelada mix to-go and enjoy it with your favorite beer at home 🍺✨

Or keep it light and refreshing with us here — we can prepare it with mineral water for the perfect “michelagua” moment 😋💦

Our ceviches are traditionally made with raw shrimp, but we can always customize them with cooked shrimp — so you can enjoy your favorites your way 🙌🏽
