Permits, and more permits and more permits. It's starting to get a little nebulous.
I will say, the health inspectors are extremely helpful, but it's still a process. Looks like the best option for Le's Spring Rolls' future, are the farmers markets. Easiest way to start selling apparently.

Hey everyone! Thank you for showing your support with this new venture. It looks like food vendor permits run fiscally from March to March. Instead of applying for the permit for 1 month, then submit another permit for 2017, I will be opening after February 2017.
Hang tight though, I will have free samples soon.
