We had a call about Vegan items so dolled up some of the Vegan cookies we had made for one of our accounts with a topping of Friends n' Cheeses Rosie's Hip Jelly and a swirl of Vanilla Icing. We have them here at the Bakery, along with some Crazy Mama Cupcakes, Breads, Buns, Frozen Biscuit Dough, Pizza's, Veggie Pot Pies, & some of HANLOH's yummy Thai Curry's.

We've been gathering a bunch of new accounts lately but today was deliciously exciting as I took samples & discussed with owner Paul... I got to have one of their sandwiches for the first time and have it on our bun... it was amazing!!! I'm going to be eating sandwiches here all the time now that they have our GF Hamburger / Sandwich Bun! They will have our GF Buns starting on Wednesday this week as they celebrate Local Burger Week! Look forward to many delicious GF Sandwiches at Surf City Sandwich on the corner of 41st Ave and Soquel!

Hi local friends, we have some updates on our business... Due to an extremely long construction project to put our kitchen into this wonderful building, well over a year ago, we opened this biz in the negative. We had a contractor steal $ and it cost us a lot of money. We spent the past year and a half without the kitchen renters this kitchen was made for. We could not expand our wholesale due to lack of funds. Our retail was never meant to be the funds for this business and it hasn't cut it. We are very happy to say that we now have a happy crew of kitchen renters!! Now we can work on expanding our wholesale. This is what we are concentrating on now. Therefore, our retail bakery is now making some changes. Our menu is changing. We will no longer be offering sandwiches. Sorry to all you loyal sandwich peeps but it's not making $ for us and takes time away from our production. We need to concentrate on growing our brand of specific products. Our new bakery menu will consist of our old & new wholesale products, along with a variety of our dinners to go, our pizzas, pot pies, breads, bagels, buns, biscuits, and a few more. We will keep you posted during this transition and we appreciate your support!

We will be selling them at times in a complete Dinner To-Go Meal like this and for sure selling them asap fresh for you to boil on your own with your own toppings. Many of you have had our Gluten Free Hamburger Buns at many local restaurants for years now. Well now we have Burgers on our Menu at the Bakery... for at least a little while. Let's see how you like them. This week they come with or without awesome GF Onion Rings! We make the Burgers to order and the meal takes about 7 - 9 minutes to prepare so if you do not want to wait then just call us at 831-477-9484 to pre-order. This is a huge Burger and the Provolone Cheese is deliciously taking over in the photo but its a FAT Burger underneath. If you don't want the cheese, then our Burgers are completely Dairy Free! We also have Jalapeno Poppers this week filled w/ Cream Cheese & Bacon, as well as w/out Bacon. Much more on the Savory Menu too as we Celebrate our One Year Anniversary week!
