No dream becomes real without people who know how to build it. We have been beyond lucky to partner with , a team who understood what we were reaching for—and found ways to make it even better than we could have imagined.
Starting with our very first conversation, they understood that this wasn’t just about walls and tanks. It was about story. Legacy. Light. From the foundation to the finishes, they approached this project with patience, care, and a deep respect for the bones of the place.
This wasn’t a straightforward build. It asked for serious problem-solving. For patience and creative workarounds when the greenhouse threw us something unexpected—which it often did.
But Modulus never flinched. They moved through the dust and complexity with precision and calm determination, treating each beam, bracket, and poured floor as part of something larger than the sum of its parts.
