Every glaze is poured by hand, one pastry at a time. There's no shortcut to getting that perfectly smooth finish—it takes patience, timing, and just a little bit of trust in the process.

This is one of my favorite parts of creating French pastries... watching each one transform right before my eyes. 🤍

Sometimes the prettiest desserts start out looking like plain little domes.

Underneath those sweet little faces? Blueberry Bavarian mousse with a blueberry compote center, bright passionfruit mousse hiding a pineapple compote, and milk chocolate mousse wrapped around a salted caramel dark chocolate ganache. ✨

Three little bears, three very different personalities… and choosing a favorite feels slightly unfair. 😌
