ew by 17.4% in 2014 by offering kombucha style beers (by having developed a kombucha style beer we are creating niche in the local craft beer scene which does not yet exist). It is perfect for not only the craft beer drinking community or local health and organic markets but specifically the the sugar free and gluten free markets. We are perfecting the recipe with technical assistance funds we have received from LANL and we have successfully pre-sold the idea to regional director of Wholefoods who is anxious to put this beer in their cooler. Competition is low and fractured between the small producers on the market today making this a great time to enter into the market.
