4-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Protein Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup honey
2 large eggs
Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Blend the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, and eggs. Use a blender or food processor to blend until smooth and well combined.
Pour into the Pan: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Bake the Brownies: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are okay).
Cool and Cut: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, cut into squares.
