The technician will operate large farm equipment, repair fences, weld, feed animals (daily), move animals on-foot in pastures, and monitor herd health. Occasional work in the park (10-20% of time) may be required monitoring the wild herd, such as completing counts, collecting genetic samples from bison and using radio telemetry. Hard-working individuals interested in Tribal buffalo restoration and learning about federal buffalo management are encouraged to apply!

● Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
