Chaîne des Rôtisseurs - Santa Fe, New Mexico The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is the world’s oldest international gastronomic society. The wine tastings are accompanied by a light three course dinner.

In the year 2002 the board, which consisted of three persons, asked me to accept the position of Bailli and help turn around the then moribund Bailliage with only 13 - 15 members. I "Howard Sherry" accepted and the Regional Bailli named me temporary Bailli until and election could be held. I asked my wife, Rhoda, to join with me a few years later and she accepted the position of Vice Chanceller-Ar

gentier. Together we gradually built up the membership roster and began to add board members until we reached the point that we are now. Our Baillage holds five dinners per year and a holiday champagne reception and our Mondiale holds four to five wine tastings a year. Our membership runs about thirty. Because our Bailliage members are very interested in wine, our Mondial membership consists of twenty-five members.
