These are a mixture of kitchen scraps, including fruit and vegetable peelings, coffee grounds, and eggshells. I blended everything into small pieces to help the materials break down and ferment more quickly. I also added some molasses to provide sugars for the beneficial microorganisms and encourage fermentation.
