Margarita Vineyard is the southernmost vineyard in the Paso Robles appellation on California’s Central Coast. ic Santa Margarita Ranch, which was first planted to vines by Franciscan missionaries in 1774. The name Ancient Peaks is a tribute to the geologic heritage of Margarita Vineyard, which is most evident in the towering mountains that preside over the vines. The ancient forces behind these peaks gave rise to the fossilized soils and climate-shifting terrain that distinguish our wines.
