Open Farm Days Weekend, June 19-21
TOUR + TASTE + LEARN and explore our local agriculture. Join us for the weekend as 20+ farms, ranches, producers and purveyors welcome you to experience our local agriCULTURE first hand, out on the trail.

This family-friendly experience is an up-close chance to learn about agriculture through demonstrations, tastings, workshops, and farm tours.

Local farms will be featuring everything from beekeeping to olive oil production, vegetable and fruit growing. Local ranchers will introduce you to goats, alpaca, sheep, pigs, and more, while local purveyors will showcase their locally made products using our locally grown.

Our female raven has been spending more time off her nest, so we hiked out to the pine tree where she raises her babies each year. Today we were delighted to find three young ravens. The nest was lined with alpaca and sheep fiber and the ground was littered with chicken egg shells. It makes us happy to know the farm has helped provide for these new little guys!

We moved Clement and Ferguson to their new, much larger pasture today! We knew it would be hard, but we were not expecting Ferguson to breach the fence and try to run off with the wild turkeys. All is well now and the boys are enjoying their new space.
