Tommy Bryns and I connected through business, and I’ve truly enjoyed learning about his entrepreneurial journey and the incredible salsa he’s built with so much passion, care, and integrity.

As founders, we know that building a business takes faith, perseverance, long days, and a whole lot of heart.

What has impressed me most is not only the product itself, but the people behind it, the family, friends, culinary team, and supporters who help bring his vision to life. It takes a village to build something meaningful, and it’s always inspiring to see a brand surrounded by such genuine passion and commitment.

His salsa is absolutely delicious, but even more impressive is the culture and community that have grown around it. I always enjoy meeting and supporting fellow entrepreneurs who are creating something they truly believe in.

Every now and then, you experience something that reminds you just how beautiful hospitality can be. ❤️✨

I had the incredible privilege of being among the first to experience the new 10-course tasting menu at Michael Mina Bellagio, and I am still smiling thinking about it.

First, a little grace for my photography skills. 😆📸❤️ I am still very much a novice when it comes to creating content, but I did my best to capture each dish exactly as it was presented. Somewhere along the way, I became completely immersed in the experience and forgot to photograph the final two dessert courses altogether, then
also neglected to capture the beautiful wine pairing that accompanied the menu 🥹…I did manage to grab a couple of photos along the way. And while it wasn’t part of the tasting menu itself, I couldn’t resist ending the evening with an Amarone …😊🍷

What stood out most wasn’t just the extraordinary food. It was witnessing an entire team of talented individuals come together with such precision, passion, and genuine care.

From the culinary team to the managers, servers, hosts, and support staff, every detail was executed beautifully. It was a masterclass in hospitality and a reminder that truly memorable experiences are created by people who care deeply about what they do. ❤️

The elegance. The creativity. The attention to detail. The value. The service. Every course told a story, and every moment felt intentional.

I left feeling grateful, humbled, and incredibly blessed to have shared in such a special evening.

Thank you to everyone who poured their hearts into creating this experience.

If you are planning a trip to Las Vegas, I cannot recommend this enough. Put it on your list.

Gather with people you love, slow down, savor every bite, and enjoy what I believe will become one of the city’s most memorable dining experiences. ❤️🍷✨

A few more special moments 💫

An incredible experience and blessing to have Chef Dennis, Culinary Director West of Mina Group, and Chef Antonio, Executive Chef of Bourbon Steak Glendale, come together to support such a meaningful event. ❤️

Alongside their talented teams, they prepared more than 850 meatballs and 850 raviolis, bringing passion, precision, and genuine hospitality to every plate served in support of Home Again Los Angeles last week.

Being surrounded by this level of culinary talent definitely keeps Sarah, me, and the self-appointed President of the Diane’s Bloody Mary Fan Club, Ms. Lisa Sheehan, on our toes. 🍅😉

The best part? This team shows that while excellence is always the goal, having fun along the way matters just as much. 📸✨

We’re so grateful for the teamwork, friendship, and opportunity to support such an incredible cause.

✨ What an incredible few days in Burbank and Los Angeles. ✨

We began our trip by showcasing a few of the dishes that will soon be featured at the newly reimagined Hollywood Burbank Airport, alongside our amazing unit partners, Food & Beverage Talent, and our airport partners, Metropolitan Culinary Services. A special thank you to Tammy and Steve Mora, whose 30+ years of philanthropic work and dedication to the Burbank community continue to make a meaningful impact. ❤️

It was truly an honor to support Home Again LA, an organization doing important work to help individuals and families rebuild their lives. Spending time with so many people committed to giving back was both inspiring and humbling. 🙏

From there, we continued our journey with research and development, connected with family, staff, and partners, and took time to appreciate the incredible people who help make all of our projects possible. 🤝✨

We wrapped up the trip with a beautiful beachside bike ride along the Santa Monica coastline, taking in the ocean breeze and coastal views before enjoying dinner at Orla inside the stunning Regent Santa Monica Beach. 🌊🚲☀️

The perfect ending was waking up the next morning to a leisurely breakfast at Orla, overlooking the coast and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. A wonderful reminder to slow down, savor the moment, and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us. 🥐☕️🌴

Grateful for the partnerships, the people, the purpose, and the journey. ❤️
