WE GET IT! We need to drink more water. Hydration, energy, helps with weight loss. But it can be so boring. I'm not saying this will make your water taste like a mocha frappucino BUT it does help! Lemons, strawberries, and cucumber!

New favorite kitchen gadget?? THE FRY CUTTER! Amazon for the win again!
Behold our sweet potatoes fries!! So easy it's dumb.
- Press down on the cutter
- Toss in light olive oil, salt and pepper
- Bake for about 35 minutes (or 40 minutes if you like them extra crispy like me!)
- Dip in veganaise while watching Survivor
(Last instruction optional 😏)

Look these colors! A favorite of our clients.
Quick recipe for making the BEST peanut dressing:
1/4 cup of raw almond butter (or try peanut butter)
Splash of fresh lime juice
2 tbsp low-sodium tamari
2 tbsp water
2.5 tsp pure maple syrup (or other sweetener)
1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
Blend well!
