LA Urban Farms has been donating fresh greens from their aeroponic tower gardens since January
2024. Recently they donated a Tower Garden which has allowed us to bring in a steady supply of fresh herbs into our kitchen, grown by us! It’s a meaningful way we can stay connected to the food we serve. This Earth Day we want to celebrate our partnership with , and the wonderful day we shared with Wendy and Tara cooking with the greens that we grew. Thank you LA Urban Farms for your dedication and generosity, and Happy Earth Day to our community.

We love helping people grow their own food by supplying them with Vertical Gardens! We also offer seedlings grown with love & full garden service from seed to harvest in our area!
The really amazing fact about Vertical Gardening is what can traditionally be grown on an acre of land ( 43,560 square feet)
can be now be grown in just 10% of that space or 4,300 feet by growing up vertically!
We love growing all around the world with families in their backyard, with businesses, with Chefs at restaurants, resorts & hotels, with schools & Universities all the way to major food production in greenhouses!

🍅There’s nothing better than a fresh harvest!
The flavor is on another level! 🍅
I’m about to turn this entire bowl into a surprising snack that even tomato-haters love.
This is the ultimate hack to turn fresh tomatoes into addictive PIZZA BITES! It’s a total game-changer for picky eaters, and they are - JUST DELICIOUS.
Here’s the recipe:
• Slice, then lay out each Roma or Beefsteak Tomatoes (1/4 inch) on dehydrator tray.
* Tear fresh basil and oregano into tiny pieces or sprinkle your favorite Italian seasoning mix (I find fresh is the best though)
• Lightly sprinkle ghost pepper sea salt and cracked black pepper
& Dehydrate at 118ºF for 8-10 hours
SAVE this to try on your picky eaters & SHARE it with a mom who needs this hack!
