Sample menu of a 4 course in home private chef event coming to Chef’s 30A Deli
Appetizer choice of 1
Roasted winter squash filled with smoked crab and tuna dip topped with brûlée goat cheese with garlic crostini for dipping (1 per couple)
Mini crab and scallop cake duo over island slaw with lemon and chipotle aioli
Salads choice of 1
1/4 iceberg wedge with bacon, chopped egg, heirloom cherry tomatoes, shaved red onion, shredded carrots and blue cheese dressing
Harvest salad
Spring mix, candied pecan, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, golden raisins, red onions, goat cheese, and raspberry vinaigrette

Filet mignon Palermo
6oz filet mignon topped with olive oil fried garlic, capers, shallots, tomatoes, herbs de province, and prosciutto served with Yukon gold gratin and asparagus
Dynamite Red Snapper
Blackened red snapper filet topped with spicy ahi tuna, fried onion, fried garlic, scallions, eel sauce, spicy mayo served over sticky rice with Japanese mandarin slaw
