We are no longer open at the Hub (The Big Chill) due to corporate ownership changes of these places. We are looking for a new permanent spot, but in the meantime we are only doing catering, special events, and sack orders.

We are booked solid for February. We have a few dates open in March-June. Contact us to book your event.

We promise the biggest, the cleanest, and the best seasoned boiled shrimp and crawfish you’ll find on the panhandle. We will do events and catering between Orange Beach - Panama City Beach. Capable of doing boils large enough for a weekend festival. If you’d had our boiled shrimp and/or crawfish, you already know.

"Shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. There's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich.

But the Best Shrimp out there is our Boiled Shrimp w/ Creole Dip. Boiled to perfection in our specialty creole seasoning, deveined and easy to peel; you will be coming back for more. 🍤😋
