I know that this is a difficult real estate market for buyers. We have all experienced the brunt of it as well, as a real estate agents. It's been a battle representing well qualified buyers for the purchase of a home. Submitting offers several thousands over the asking price, with clean contracts etc. etc. and still not able to go under contract. It's such a blessing to help our buyers when we do go under contract.
We live in a very desirable zip code and buyers from all over are discovering us!. Let's keep fellow realtors in mind as we are all going through the same thing.
Hopefully, things will even out in due time. In the meantime, keep smiling and enjoying this fabulous place we get to live in!
