I had a lovely rainy day testing dumpling recipes for next weekend’s workshop at ! Swipe to see the resident baker who did not hold back judgment.
There are a few tickets left if you’d like to join us next Saturday from 10-1. We’re going to be making handmade wrappers using flour milled here in Sebastopol by , folding wontons, rolling up scallion pancakes with any extra dough, and feasting on our hard work with (obv) as much Hei Ma chili crisp as you want and special dipping sauce featuring Gold Ridge’s apple balsamic. It’ll all take place in the cutest cottage you’ve ever seen on an organic olive oil farm on a sunny day and I don’t think we can get better than that.
