I’m coming to PDX!!

Next month, I’m bringing dumpling workshops to Oregon. If you’re in the Portland area (or want a peaceful getaway) please join us at jme holub on 9/19 or 9/20! We’ll be making pork and chive wontons from scratch (wrappers, fillings, and all). Next, Jaime will walk you through making your own dumpling dish and chili crisp saucer set that you’ll get to enjoy at home!

We’ll eat a meal together (your own dumplings, all the Hei Ma chili crisp I can fit in my suitcase, and fresh veggies from the farm) on Jaime’s stunning handmade dinnerware.

idk who needs to hear this but eating spicy food when it’s blazing hot out is good for you.

sweat is how our bodies cool down. eating hot and spicy foods helps our bodies to dump excess heat. this is why pho and pozole and tom kha etc are summer foods! this means our dragon’s b***y chili crisp is a 10/10 thermoregulation agent!
