🚨 The Price is Right! Everything must go! Furniture Sale Thursday 5/8 12pm to 3pm. With Civilization brewing closing we have a vintage bar full of barstools, chairs, tables, light fixtures, arcade games, foosball table, tvs, etc. We have one of everything. 60’s 70’s 80’s. You haul away! Please come and make an offer for anything you want.

The time has come to say goodbye to Civilization Brewing.
This will be our final week open, and we’d love to see your faces one last time.

Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or just stopped by for a beer and good vibes, your support has meant the world to us.
Let’s share one last pint, a few laughs, and some unforgettable memories.

It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closing of Civilization Brewing Company’s Taproom. We have been building this project since before the pandemic, and let’s just say our timing with planet Earth’s ever rolling cycle of events was less than stellar. That is not to say it hasn’t been real. We’ve enjoyed some lovely work days and nights with our friends and fans. At a certain point, we found that our production costs exceeded our output, and with the help of Flagship, tried to simplify things. At this point our operational costs of the taproom are not covered by the revenue coming in. There’s no shame in trying and not succeeding, and no hard feelings in the air. It’s tough out there! Although the bar is closing, we intend to contract our recipes through local breweries to continue the legacy of Civilization as a house brand at Flagship Taproom. So thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all our supporters. Keep your eye out for our beer at Flagship and maybe at the festivals. As always be good to each other. Be Civilized. Our final days/hours are as follows:
Thursday May 1st, 2025 3pm to 10pm
Friday May 2nd, 2025 3pm to 12am
Saturday May 3rd, 2025 12pm to 12am
Sunday May 4th, 2025 12pm to 8pm
