✨ Employee Spotlight: Ben Mandler ✨

Curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for solving complex questions are at the heart of Ben Mandler's work here at Jackson Family W**es.

As a Research Manager, Ben helps tackle the questions that don't always have obvious answers. From evaluating innovative w**emaking processes or products to testing alternative packaging for w**e quality, his work extends from w**e production and beyond.

When asked what aspect of our sustainability efforts he wishes more people knew about, Ben pointed to the vineyards. For him, sustainability starts with resilience: vineyards that are thoughtfully planned, carefully managed, and deeply understood. It's the result of intentional decisions made over time to support healthy vines, healthy soils, and thriving ecosystems for generations to come.

What Ben enjoys most about working at Jackson Family W**es is the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues across the organization, citing, "...I get to work across so many teams with so many smart, warm, curious, collaborative people."

Ben's spirit of stewardship also extends beyond the workplace. Outside of work, Ben's passion project is transforming his garden into a self-sustaining ecosystem that requires no supplemental water or inputs of any kind. Three years into the journey, he's established nearly 60 native species and continues to learn, experiment, and grow along the way. 🌱

As harvest continues across Jackson Family W**es, Cambria has officially kicked off its season with the first Chardonnay pick for their Txiki White W**e.‌

Named for the Basque word meaning "youngster," Txiki captures a youthful, coastal spirit. Picked early to preserve its bright acidity and fresh flavors, this lightly sparkling w**e delivers a vibrant and playful expression.‌

As the first fruit arrives at Cambria W**es, another exciting vintage begins taking shape!

Copain W**es Chardonnay harvest from Brosseau Vineyard officially marks the start of harvest across Jackson Family W**es.‌

Months of thoughtful stewardship in the vineyard have led to this moment. As the first fruit arrives, another vintage starts to take shape—one that reflects the care, precision, and passion behind every bottle.

✨ Employee Spotlight: Meet Kristin Tracey! ✨

Behind every smart business decision is someone who can make the numbers tell a story. For Kristin on our Corporate FP&A team, that's exactly what she does every day.

Kristin supports revenue and opex planning, budgeting, and financial analysis across the business — helping teams turn data into decisions. She brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to her work and is known for being a trusted partner across the business, bringing clarity to complexity.

When we asked what she loves most about Jackson Family W**es, her answer was simple: the people. "Everyone is incredibly collaborative and willing to help each other out. There’s a strong sense of partnership across teams, which makes even the more complex work feel manageable and a lot more fun!" she says.

Outside of work, you'll find Kristin belting out 90s country and pop at karaoke, spending time outside hiking and camping, cooking, or piecing together a puzzle. And when it comes to w**e? She's reaching for a Siduri or La Crema Pinot Noir with dinner and Matanzas Creek Sauvignon Blanc all summer long. 🍷☀️
