Behind every smart business decision is someone who can make the numbers tell a story. For Kristin on our Corporate FP&A team, that's exactly what she does every day.
Kristin supports revenue and opex planning, budgeting, and financial analysis across the business — helping teams turn data into decisions. She brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to her work and is known for being a trusted partner across the business, bringing clarity to complexity.
When we asked what she loves most about Jackson Family Wines, her answer was simple: the people. "Everyone is incredibly collaborative and willing to help each other out. There’s a strong sense of partnership across teams, which makes even the more complex work feel manageable and a lot more fun!" she says.
Outside of work, you'll find Kristin belting out 90s country and pop at karaoke, spending time outside hiking and camping, cooking, or piecing together a puzzle. And when it comes to wine? She's reaching for a Siduri or La Crema Pinot Noir with dinner and Matanzas Creek Sauvignon Blanc all summer long. 🍷☀️
