I have come to use this page to inform people of new and growing local food trends. I help restaurants and farmers work together and let them do what they do best. For now, I am concentrating on my sausage company and helping to develop new restaurants and sustainable food ideas. Maybe this will be a web based store front, local warehouse, and distribution spokes including Memphis small businesses

and churches. We are supplying fresher products to restaurants, markets, customers, and institutions. We will keep money in the local economy, and support local and regional farmer and food producers. If not, this will still be a place where people can find resources for better food.
