I almost forgot to post my last grazing table! This was for a celebration of life for a much-loved guy! I did something new with my brie...check out the dimensional dragonfly. I teach classes!!!

My classes are engaging and interactive. I pair 4 wines with different little bites for ah-ha moments of flavor exploration. We talk about how salty & sweet changes the way a wine presents and how the fats in certain foods affect how well the wine works with it. We go beyond the basics.
I am wanting to do more classes so if you have a wine club or corporate event for 12-200 people, I am offering the 90 minute class (45 minute flavor immersion and a 45 minute charcuterie arrangement workshop) for an introductory price of $55/pp if you book with me through March. [email protected]
