Matinee Idol y’all! Presenting the newest addition to our Celebrity Lager Series.

Malt and maize marry to make this Mexican-style lager the coolest companion forSummer. Light lime character from Motueka hops, backed up by Saaz, transports you to a blanket on the beach for maximum chillaxation.

We made this refreshing lager with a dash of salt, helping it pair with chips and guac, burgers, tacos, or whatever you’re getting into! Measuring a modest 4.8% ABV, feel free to have another.

Available in cans & on draft at our Santa Rosa, Petaluma, & Novato Tasting Rooms or wherever you get your HenHouse!

When you’re as popular a celebrity as the HenHouse Hen, there’s bound to be some copycats out there trying to cop your style. So we want to know - who wore it best?

As we all know, celebrities are the objects of obsession, & lagers are the most popular style in the world. Our Celebrity Lagers are your chance to obsess over the crispiest of refreshments. 

Every lager in the series features a different celebrity hen, hand-drawn by our very own Josh Staples. But like every new trend, there’s always one that stands above the hype-chasers. We’ll leave it up to you to decide who pulled it off best!

PRELUDE Y’ALL.
That’s right. Classical IPA + New Music. We’re doin it.

To coincide with each new release from the Conservatory West Coast IPA Series, we’re teaming up with our friends to bring you a monthly musical lineup featuring 4 local artists across all genres. This May, Prelude West Coast IPA is dropping, and we’re stoked to present the Prelude Showcase: Antiphony, Vital Waves, Parade Garden & A Horrible Disgusting Mess.

The Prelude is the signal for everyone to draw in when the focus becomes clear. Priming us for our own intense buy-in, leading us to our emotional core, the Prelude is designed around the experience we’re meant to have- a classically trained repertoire of Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe hops bringing you to a pine grove oddly populated by all manner of citrus: grapefruit, orange peel, and lemon.

Prelude is available in cans and draft at all locations, but the concert is Saturday, May 23rd, starting at 7 pm at the Santa Rosa Brewery & Tasting Room.

TASTE TEST Y’ALL!
We put one of our head brewers, Matt, up to the blind taste test challenge with three fresh batches of IPA & guess what! Turns out straws are not a useful vector for flavor distinction. Beer flavor heavily relies on aroma & without it, you miss all those thiles & aromatics that make our hoppy beers so distinctive. That’s science folks!

We let Matt redeem himself by tasting straight from the glass — because that’s how the scientific method works! You run the experiment, document your findings, tweak the variables, and run it again.

And speaking of fresh hoppy aromatics, Prelude West Coast IPA, Kubrick’s Landing Hazy IPA, & Dreamland Spaceport DIPA are now available on draft and in cans at our Santa Rosa, Novato, and Petaluma locations! Come try them in a glass...or BYO straw.

Get ready to suck some crawfish heads and get a little messy...The Petaluma Palace of Barrels is hosting our first ever Crawfish Boil this Saturday!! The are cooking up fresh crawfish with all the fixings - corn, potatoes and sausage just like they do it in NOLA. And as always the Chicken Gang will be serving up the freshest brews and only the best vibes. It’s all happening on April 4, 2026, starting at 2:00 pm.

Quantity is limited so come early. And if crawfish isn’t your thing, Cajun Poboys will also be serving up muffulettas and po’boys. Bring your friends and get like us!
