Paul Hawley and Remy Martin both grew up in Sonoma County along the fogbelt where the redwoods meet the vineyards. Paul and Remy have over thirty years of combined experience in the wine industry. The old saying, "it takes a lot of beer to make wine" rings especially true for these long-time friends who have been brewing together since 2004, when they worked the grape harvest in New Zealand. Remy

went on to study brewing at UC Davis and has experience working at a number of local breweries. Paul has been working at his family's winery in Dry Creek Valley since 2005.

We’re now offering catering for meetings, parties and events, with pickup or delivery available. The menu includes salads, wraps, sliders, tacos, sides and sweets, with options serving 5 or 10.

We’re really pumped to kick off the Fogbelt Smokehouse. We’ve been hitting the books, dialing in our recipes, and putting in the hours to bring you some of the best barbecue Sonoma County has to offer.

Every Friday and Saturday from 5–9 PM, we’ll be serving smoked BBQ out of the Santa Rosa Taproom.

• Smoked Half Chicken
• Pulled Pork
• St. Louis Style Ribs
• Pitmaster Burger (it’s honestly ridiculous)

We’ll be serving until we sell out, so don’t wait too long. Grab a beer, grab a plate, and bring your hungriest friends. We’ll see you this weekend.
