Picture this: wine in hand, sunset settling in, and then the laughter starts.

On June 13, we’re welcoming Cathy Ladman to the estate for a night of stand-up under the open sky. A familiar voice from The Tonight Show — ten appearances across its eras — bringing her sharp, observant humor to a setting that doesn’t usually keep a straight face for long.

Settle in with a bottle, bring a picnic, and let the evening unfold.

Saturday, June 13
Doors open at 6:00 PM | Show starts at 7:00 PM

Seats are limited!

Most people arrive thinking they’ll stay for a tasting and head out afterward.

Then someone opens another bottle. Someone else starts talking about where they’re going for dinner. The cheese board disappears faster than expected, and before long, two hours have passed without anybody really noticing.

That’s usually how picnics at DeLoach go.

You pick up a few things from the local market, find a spot near the vines, and the afternoon sort of takes care of itself from there.

Organic farming asks you to pay closer attention.

To the soil beneath the vines. To the way the season is unfolding. To what the land needs and what it doesn’t.

At DeLoach, that work has shaped the estate for decades through organic and Biodynamic farming practices designed to support the health of the vineyard long beyond a single harvest.

The wines begin there.

Rosé has a way of fitting naturally into a Russian River Valley afternoon.

Cool enough for bright acidity. Long enough growing seasons to hold onto freshness and texture at the same time.

The result is something crisp, dry, and quietly layered — the kind of bottle that disappears a little faster than expected once it’s opened.

Memorial Day weekend usually starts with one plan and turns into three more by the end of the day.

By Friday afternoon, everyone’s texting the group chat trying to figure out where to meet, who’s bringing what, and whether there’s room for one more person at the table.

Estate Pinot Noir tends to work well in the middle of all that.

The Olivet Bench has been home to Pinot Noir since Cecil DeLoach planted the first vines here in 1973, and that balance still defines the wine today — layered enough to hold up at dinner, easy enough to open before the weekend fully gets going.

Kick off Memorial Day weekend with a glass at DeLoach.

The best part of wine club has never really been the shipments.

It’s the afternoons on the property. The conversations that start during pickup weekends. The bottles that become tied to a specific season, dinner, or memory long after they’ve been opened.

For fifty years, DeLoach has been rooted in the Russian River Valley. Wine club is simply another way to stay connected to it.

Come to the bench.

Some tastings move quickly. This one was never meant to.

Taste the Estate is designed to give you time with the wines, the land they come from, and the people pouring them. Estate Chardonnay. Estate Pinot Noir. Vineyard stories that start on the Olivet Bench and end at the table in front of you.

The kind of afternoon that unfolds naturally once the first glass is poured.

Stay as long as you’d like!

Sundays were made for this.

Starting May 24, we’re opening up the estate for Summer Sundays — a stretch of easy afternoons meant to be shared with the people (and pups) you bring with you!

Think time in the garden, a glass in hand, and space to settle in — whether that’s with family, friends, or just a slower pace than the week allows.

We’ll be adding a few things along the way, but the heart of it stays the same: good wine, open air, and a place to gather.

Every other Sunday from May 24 – June 21.

More to come.

Long before the Boisset family arrived in Sonoma County, they were farming Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Burgundy.

When they came to the Russian River Valley in 2003, the goal wasn’t to recreate Burgundy here. It was to apply the same respect for site, season, and restraint to a completely different landscape.

That conversation between Old World and New continues at the table every day through the Burgundy to Sonoma tasting.

Let us pour you both sides of the story.
