Seagrape Wine Company Seagrape was founded in 2007 by Karen Steinwachs after 7 years of making wines in Santa Barbara. Seagrape Wine Company encompasses two labels.

Seagrape wines are named after the Seagrape tree. A visual reminder of both our winemaker roots and Karen’s time living in the Caribbean. Le Pecheur (The Fisherman) represents the work of a Dory fisherman, which (Crabby) Steve continues to do each week.
