We offer wine made from grapes grown in our vineyard as well as from some of California's best wine growing regions. Pronounced (Trehs-Yah-vehs). Spanish for Three Keys in honor of my Catalonian heritage. Which three keys? In our case, when we started our journey into planting a vineyard and wine production our 6 acre parcel in the beautiful Santa Ysabel, CA came with a 10'x12' cabin for overnight
stays, a bin to lock up tools and an old, small Ford tractor for all of the heavy work. Each had their own key. The vision began with three keys! Since breaking ground in 2013 the number of physical keys needed to make the operation work has grown however the initial three keys of hard work, perseverance and the blessings of a great climate have yielded a thriving mature vineyard with Syrah, Petite Sirah and Petite Verdot varietals. All of which are now producing excellent wines. My winemaking journey started when I was 12 years old. My Sicilian father and I made a batch of Sangiovese from a kit that in my opinion turned out horribly. I make it a habit to look at failure not as a finality but rather one step in the process toward success. It became a passion of mine to make a better wine. After studying at UC Davis and Mira Costa Colleges and combining the patient instruction and mentoring of some of San Diego Counties better winemakers I believe I have come significantly closer to reaching that goal. Our wines continuously win medals in the San Diego County and Orange County Fairs and regularly receive praise from those who drink it. Our goal is to provide high quality wines at a moderate price with our ultimate goal to bring enjoyment to those who drink our wines. Currently we have attained our Federal permitting and are in the process of finalizing our California State Licensing with the goal of opening sales to the public in late 2021.
