This is the ‘Timing Algorithm’ Gardeners use to avoid ‘task overload’ and grow a high output garden with little experience or relying on endless spreadsheets.

After growing up on a farm and teaching gardening for the past decade, I’ve witnessed the exact same problem faced by gardeners countrywide.

Tending plants is like babysitting an army of 2-year olds.

Each plant type grows at its own pace and needs 100 different things.

Consuming gardeners with an endless ‘to-do’ list that has no clear starting point.

Their garden becomes a guessing game of WHEN to:

- Seed
- Transplant
- Harvest

And so many crucial little tasks that get missed in their gardening roadmap.

It’s like being a chef at rush hour managing orders from everywhere.

But sadly, it often ends the same way:

- Plants bolt and turn yellow too soon

- Their harvests are badly timed

- Crops are either overripe or underripe

- Vegetables are too small and unusable

Leaving many frustrated gardeners with half-empty baskets.

All because they’re NOT doing the right thing at the right time.

And simply “winging it” – without the experience to back themselves up – is not enough.

On the other hand, some try managing their gardening projects with notebooks or excel spreadsheets.

Until it becomes a tangled web of entries, reminders, and scraps of paper.

(Which drains even more time than the garden does!)

Unless they streamline the workload, it typically leads to:

1) More failed harvests

2) More time and effort wasted

3) Maybe even losing their love for gardening

So I was thinking:

“If only I could show my students the exact things to do for their garden at the right moment, without needing to be in 1000 places at once.”

So my dad and I turned some of our massive spreadsheets into simple ‘click ‘n drop’ gardening calendars.

Our students loved it.

Then the idea hit me.

What if I take the decades of expert farming and gardening knowledge passed down to me from my family, and put it in an app.

Taking all the stress out of planning a garden for everyone.

Eventually this idea grew into ‘Seedtime’:

Many say it’s like having an expert gardener with a lifetime of experience in your pocket.

Who cuts out 90% out of the time it takes to plan your garden.

While also making sure you’re doing the right tasks at the right time for each plant.

Not only does Seedtime plan your garden.

It uses a dynamic ‘timing algorithm’ that tracks every plant in your garden, and tells you what job comes next.

No matter where your garden is located.

It works best when you’re planning from your desktop, while the companion app on your iphone or android displays the plan outside.

And once you sign up, you’re getting unlimited access to your own:

1️⃣ Smart Calendar that tells you when to seed, transplant or harvest any of the 10,000+ plants in our crop library – all based on your location

2️⃣ Daily and Weekly Tasks that auto-compile jobs based on your calendar

3️⃣ Journal to track each plant’s progress with unlimited journal and image entries

4️⃣ Seedtime Classroom with a short masterclass video series that guides you through our 4-step ‘Gardening to Abundance Game Plan’

5️⃣ Private Facebook community for updates, advice, and to connect with other growers

And all of the above is completely free forever.

So whether you're managing acres of farmland or a cute community plot…

…Seedtime takes on all the strategic workload.

So instead of getting lost in countless hours of planning, you’re focusing on the fun part instead:

- Laying out rows of freshly picked tomatoes, ready for a rich, homemade sauce

- Picking crisp and vibrant lettuce for a crunchy coleslaw

- Pulling carrots cleanly from the soil, fully-sized and perfectly shaped to chop into dinner

And all at a much higher output so your harvest basket is overflowing.

That said, some people worry their garden is “too complex for an app to figure out.”

But there's not yet been a garden, plot, or homestead that Seedtime hasn't organized more efficiently.

Which means you're saving time by planning your garden months ahead with just a few quick clicks.

Instead of drowning in scraps of notes or giant spreadsheets.

So you're enjoying the fruits of your labor... without there being TOO much labor!

And spending more of your time doing what you love, with compliments from neighbors over the fence.

Sour diesel getting close to the finish line but not quite there yet still needs another week or two. Always worth letting your strains fully finish if the weather permits and is looking pretty good besides Monday for the next 10 days. Final lap 🌲🪓🏆

The number one rule should be self examination. Search to see where I missed it, the blame game goes away and ears open to hear and seek for truth.
