Growing sprouts for my feathered friends. I bought this microgreen sprouting tray, and while its not great for the greens, its good for the lentils! I'll drop the link below 👇

I start by soaking my lentils in water overnight. I use a mason jar, but you can use whatever is handy! Drain the next morning and pour seeds into trays 2 - 5. They are numbered 1 - 6 with 6 being on top. Add 2 cups of water to top tray (Tray 6) daily and let it drain into the bottom tray (Tray 1) and discard. You can set this is a sunny window or use a seedling mat!

When fully sprouted, I like to seperate the trays and place one in each brooder.
