🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: DYLON CROWNOVER 🌟

If you've spent much time around our Dauphin Street or Saraland stores, there's a good chance Dylon has played a part in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes!

Dylon Crownover was one of our first employees to come aboard when we opened last year, and since then, he's become what we like to call a “constant” at Flying Dolly's.

Dylon is always willing to jump in wherever he's needed, and he's especially important to keeping our Back of House organized and operating smoothly. He looks out for his coworkers, makes sure they have what they need to do their jobs, and consistently shows up with the best intentions for the entire team.

What makes that even more impressive is that Dylon does all of this while also being a college student, balancing a demanding school schedule with his responsibilities at Flying Dolly's.

Reliable people who care about their coworkers and take pride in what happens behind the scenes are incredibly important to any organization. Dylon is one of those people for us.

Dylon, thank you for being someone our team can count on and for everything you do for Flying Dolly's Dauphin Street and Saraland! We appreciate having you as part of the Flying Dolly's family. 💙🍦🍧

Flying Dolly’s is growing, we’re looking for two Assistant Managers—one for Saraland and one for Dauphin Street!

We need dependable, energetic, customer-focused leaders ready to help run the operation and grow with the Flying Dolly’s team.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with scheduling and team training
• Helping operate the store
• Opening and closing
• Supporting the team and delivering great customer service
• Keeping the store running smoothly
• Taking ownership and stepping up when needed

Must be available for all shifts—including weekdays, weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts.
