9.3% Marshmallow Blueberry 🫐 Sour.
No marshmallow at all but there’s also no alcohol flavor or smell. Taste like a mild blueberry 🫐 sour but extremely dangerous.
I used a puree I purchased on Amazon that’s listed as a puree but it’s actually a syrup which matched my original OG and even took my FG lower than what it originally finished at.

10 Gallon 6.5% NEIPA (240v electric)
12 Gallon (propane) Lager

Taste like they started using commercial cheap yeast like goose island. 🤬
This better not happen to Cigar City Brewing after Monster “laid off” the head brewer after 19 years. 🤔
What is happening to these money hungry corporations buying up the breweries and ruining the beers.
