Where are the chefs?
Two Chefs Market & Bistro

At too many restaurants and markets in Sarasota you never get a chance to meet or talk to the Chef...if there even is one. We love engaging with our customers even though it can be hard sometimes, because we have no cooks and do it all ourselves. This can make it tough to get out of the kitchen, but we always try to get out and get to each table during their time or ask if they have any questions while shopping in the market.

Now we are going to go a step further. Every Wednesday from 2pm-5pm Chef Frank works the market and is there to answer any questions you have, help you shop for clean, made from scratch charcuterie & baked goods and other of our clean made from scratch foods. Or even if you just want to shoot the breeze, talk about the biz or give him a piece of your mind! Which it seems so many would love to do! Haha! You might even get him to tell you some stories from the wild & wonderful NYC restaurant scene of the 90s.

Do You Need Some Blades?

We are really excited to be the only retailer of Friedrich Dick Knives in the state. Friedrich Dick Knives are the professional’s choice for the highest quality German steel knives available and they have been a leader in the cutlery and butchering industry since 1778. You may have caught Chef Mellissa recently on Suncoast View talking our Thanksgiving dinner and demonstrating how we make our one of a kind Cornbread & Sausages Stuffing made of course with Chef Frank's homemade Sage Sausage. But that's just one of the 25 made from scratch traditional and not so traditional dishes that are offering with our Thanksgiving Dinner. And we are also offering not only Gluten Free options, but a full Celiac-Safe dinner. Both dinners are three full courses and include homemade Rolls & Spreads and a la carte appetizers are available as well. Not needing the full dinner? We are also offering Turkey, Side Dishes and of course Desserts a la carte as well. As always we focus on the quality of the food, not how many dinners we can do and everything is preapred by the Two Chefs themselves.
