Visit our taproom!🍋🍊🫐

Kombucha is a fermented tea known for it's high nutritious value and support for healthy gut bacteria. Adding it to your diet can improve your health in many ways. Kombucha contains antioxidants which can significantly reduce liver toxicity. Also the polyphenols and acetic acid contained in Kombucha helps to suppress the growth of undesirable bacteria and yeasts. It's crucial though that Kombucha is made properly. Home brewed Kombucha is normally raw traditional but can have adverse health effects caused by contamination or over-fermentation. But also store bought Kombucha has it's downsides as it's often under-fermented or artificially enhanced in ways that can harm the living nutrients and probiotics in the brew (read more about this at Our Kombucha). Flobucha combines the best of both worlds without the shortcomings. We produce our Kombucha in a highly quality controlled environment but still use traditional brewing methods to maintain the natural nutritious value and health benefits.
