We couldn't be happier with the amazing work done by Chardak PMR LLC and owner Enver Velagic!
Enver and his team replaced approximately 1,500 square feet of carpet with beautiful ceramic tile and completely transformed our fireplace wall. Enver was professional, honest, and transparent. He estimated the project would take two weeks, and they finished exactly on schedule.
Since we were living in the house during the renovation, we especially appreciated how respectful and considerate the entire crew was. They kept the work area as clean as possible, arrived on time every day, communicated well, and were always courteous and pleasant to have in our home.
The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers quality work, keeps their promises, and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Chardak PMR LLC and Enver Velagic.

As I was making my seared tuna lunch salad today, I pleasantly went down memory lane to the early days of our restaurant in downtown Sarasota, Fresh Start cafe. This specific salad made me think of our first Sysco rep Mr. Scott Eaves, man I sure hope you are resting in peace. Scott was a huge part of our restaurant, and he was the one to introduce the idea of the seared tuna salad way back when it was a new menu item in our part of the world. Needless to say it was a favorite salad for many of our customers. Today I imagine you are looking down at us and perhaps giggling a little bit at the chaos humans created here on Earth.
We miss you Scott you will always be in our hearts
