Before the pastry kitchens, the chocolate salons and the 25 years of Norman Love Confections, there was this book.

Norman grew up flipping through the pages of Betty Crocker’s Boys and Girls Cookbook, fascinated by what could happen when a few ingredients, a recipe and a little creativity came together.

We can’t say Betty Crocker knew she was helping inspire a future world-class pastry chef. But we’d like to think she’d be pretty pleased with how things turned out. Does anyone else remember this cookbook?

You know the bag.

Bright green, impossible to miss, and for 25 years, a pretty good sign that something delicious is coming home with you.

We’ve always believed chocolate should be as memorable before the first bite as it is after. Our iconic green has become part of that story, carried out of our Florida salons one very happy bag at a time.

Some people call it shopping. We prefer to think of it as leaving with excellent taste.

A little mischief, meticulously made.

Our Halloween Collection brings together five flavors worth haunting the chocolate case for: Blood Orange, Caramel Apple, Death by Chocolate, Vanilla Caramel and Marshmallow. Each one handcrafted, hand-painted and almost too good-looking to eat.

Rich, smooth and deeply chocolatey, ours is made for people who believe the classics should taste exactly like the classics, only better.

A pastry chef never really leaves pastry behind.

Our Chocolate Croissants are a nod to Norman’s roots: layers of buttery, laminated dough wrapped around rich chocolate and baked until impossibly crisp and golden.

The hardest part is deciding whether chocolate croissants count as breakfast or dessert.

We vote both.
