Join us Thursday, August 6, for the Silver Oak Wine Dinner at Mattison’s Forty-One—an intimate evening featuring a chef-crafted progressive menu paired with selections from Silver Oak and Twomey.
The experience begins with passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by:
• Key West Pink Shrimp & Tuna Tower
• New Bedford Sea Scallop with caviar
• Membrillo Glazed Maple Leaf Duck Breast
• Marinated Manhattan Steak
• Cherry Almond Pavlova
The evening culminates with a side-by-side pairing of 2021 Silver Oak Alexander Valley and Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons.
