We love the energy and fresh ideas she brings to our team. Emily started with us as our Sunday-only team member, but it didn’t take long for her to fall in love with our customers and the work she was doing.

Before long, she decided to join us full-time, and we couldn’t be happier. We’re truly blessed to have Emily as part of our team and are excited to see all the great things she continues to bring to our business! 💙

We’ve been listening—to your comments in person, your reviews, and what you’ve shared on social media.

As many of you know, we are the new owners of Uncle Nick’s NY Style Bagels. Don’t panic! While you’ll see a new name and some new faces, we have worked alongside the previous ownership for several years and have proudly shared the same great bagel recipe in our Sarasota locations.

Since taking over, we’ve been focused on making improvements based on your feedback:

Deep cleaned and refreshed the entire restaurant
Completely renovated the restrooms
Updated the dining area, with all new tables and chairs arriving in the next two weeks
Expanded the menu with many favorites from our Sarasota stores
Kept several of the original menu items you know and love
Adjusted pricing to better align with the local market, including lowering prices on many items while making a few necessary increases

We know you have plenty of breakfast and lunch options in Manatee County, and we have great respect for our fellow bagel shops. What we can promise is a commitment to cleanliness, customer service, quality, and consistency every single day.

Thank you for welcoming us into the community. We are excited for this next chapter and look forward to serving you, your family, and your friends for years to come.

Wow! What an amazing week celebrating our 1st Birthday with all of our incredible customers, friends, and family!

And let me tell you—Saturday’s celebration was an absolute blast! From Bagel Plinko to giveaways, I don’t think anyone walked away without a prize. We gave away several $25 gift cards, dozens of free bagels, coffee, refreshers, and more throughout the day.

Of course, we can’t forget our Grand Prize Winner, Susan F. (last name kept private), who is now enjoying a FREE bagel, cream cheese, and coffee once a week for an entire year! Congratulations, Susan!

A huge shout-out to Balloons Lagoon for the amazing balloon display that helped make the celebration feel extra special. The display looked incredible and added so much fun and excitement to the event!

We truly could not have accomplished what we have over the past year without the support of each and every one of you. Your loyalty, encouragement, and love for our little bagel shop mean the world to us.

And if you didn’t win this time, don’t worry—we have two more Grand Openings coming soon! One on Manatee Avenue and another on Bee Ridge Road, which means plenty more opportunities to win great prizes and become an even bigger part of the Bagels & Brews family.

Who doesn’t love a celebration?

At Bagels & Brews Beneva, we’ve been celebrating our 1-Year Anniversary all week, and tomorrow is the big party from 9:00 AM to Noon!

Stop by and grab a fresh bagel and coffee, stay awhile for one of our hot breakfast sandwiches, enjoy our homemade biscuits and gravy, or treat yourself to a slice of Sol’s NYC Cheesecake.

Amanda, myself, and the entire Bagels & Brews family would love the opportunity to thank you in person for an amazing first year. We’ll have plenty of fun, including Spin the Wheel or Bagel Plinko, with great prizes and giveaways throughout the morning!
