I’ve been making plenty of cookies and other desserts behind the scenes that I’ll be posting soon, but for now, carrot cake is back at Madfish.

From now through Sunday, my gluten-free carrot cake is being featured with Madfish’s Labor Day specials. It’s made with pineapple, pecans, cinnamon and nutmeg, and topped with a creamy vanilla cream cheese frosting. I might be biased, but this one is my favorite cake…

Hi!! I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but I promise I’ve still been baking!

I’ve been spending a lot of time testing recipes, making small changes, and working on some new flavors that I think you’ll love. I’m also working on a few things behind the scenes that I’m excited to share later this summer when they’re actually ready.

In the meantime… Sticky Toffee Pudding is back on the specials menu at Madfish this weekend! 🤎 If you missed it last week or just want another one, this is your chance! And of course, there are plenty of cookies available at the bar!

Glazed vanilla bean cakelets, red velvet cakelets with cream cheese frosting, and a full size patriotic bundt cake with way too many sprinkles, and cookie boxes of course! :)
