September is one of our favorite months. 🍞✨

Not because of the (slightly) cooler Florida mornings. Not because of football season. But because it's Sourdough September — and we take that seriously around here. 😤

Our sourdough starts long before it hits the oven. It starts with a living, breathing starter that we feed and nurture daily. It starts with quality flour, filtered water, and time — lots of time. It starts with the belief that bread made with intention just tastes different.

Because it does. 🙌
