I’ve got handmade crocheted cowls for this cooler weather in the shop for sale today! I make these in the fall and winter as I sit at my kids sports practices and games and it relaxes me so much to make them! I wear them inside and outside to keep warm (I live in a drafty 1865 farmhouse!) and they are the perfect chunky, cozy staple to have for these colder days!

I have starts all set up at the shop today! These are huge individual (or some double) plants in solo cups and not your average small starts in 6 packs you typically find this time of year. Tomatoes, kale, brussel sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, basil, thyme, oregano all out now. Peppers and eggplant coming soon!

It's time to order your veggie & herb starts! I'm taking a *limited number* of orders for starts and have a huge list of available seeds to choose from, including several heirloom varieties that are so amazing! I'll have the starts hardened off and ready for pickup at The Farmers Wife Shop on Mothers Day weekend in May.

All starts come *individually* in an 18 ounce SOLO cups. They will be at least 6" tall when you pickup. (Home Depot picture for reference for size and cost comparison.) All are $4 each or 3 for $10.

Even though it’s still January, it’s time to start thinking about starting seeds for the garden! 🍅 🫑 I’m selling vegetable starts and will have them for sale at The Farmers Wife shop starting Mothers Day weekend this May. To put in an order and make sure you get yours, email me for a list of what’s available. [email protected]

All veggie start orders are due by February 10th. I’m only taking a limited number of orders to make sure I have enough space in the greenhouse. I’m already getting orders in and people are excited about the 2023 season! 🌱
