As the year comes to a close, we want to sincerely thank you for your trust and support. Working with you this year has truly meant a lot to us, and we are grateful to be part of your journey.

We’re excited to head into the new year with a new bottling line on the way, made possible by a USDA grant, along with a feature in the Times Union on January 1, 2026. None of this would be possible without you.

From all of us at Vital Eats, we wish you a warm, joyful, and delicious holiday season. We look forward to working with you in the year ahead.

Best Wishes,

Reuben Schwartz and Karen Bauer

Google Review!! 5 Stars!!

I cannot recommend Vital Eats and Reuben more to anyone with a dream they want to make a reality!! From the very beginning of concept to process approval to scaling and label design...this is the company to work with!! I received exceptionally personalized service at each and every turn. This company is a throw back to how people use to treat customers. They are quick and responsive and such good communicators, I did not have to even visit the facility until pick up day. I am so thankful our paths crossed.
