Looking for a delicious way to take your favorite Adirondack Jill beyond toast? These homemade granola bars are packed with wholesome ingredients and plenty of nutty flavor. Adirondack Jill brings together almond butter, peanut butter, dried blueberries, pepitas and chia seeds, so you already have a whole lot of goodness in every bite!
Perfect for breakfast on the go, a midday snack, or a little fuel before hitting the trails, these bars are easy to make and easy to take along for your next adventure.
Ingredients:
1 cup Adirondack Jill
1/2 cup honey
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper
Warm Adirondack Jill and honey in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla
In a large bowl, combine oats, crispy rice cereal, cinnamon and salt.
Pour warm Jill mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.
Press firmly into the prepared pan.
Refrigerate 1-2 hours, or until firm
Cut into bars and enjoy!
