This one feels very Girl Dinner — crispy, truffly, salty, cheesy, and just a little extra. 🍸✨

THIS WEEK’S GIRL DINNER GLASS 🥚🤍

Meet our Truffle Fried Deviled Egg — a deviled egg lightly panko-breaded and flash fried until golden, then topped with crispy prosciutto, freshly grated Grana Padano, and a delicate drizzle of white truffle oil.

Crispy on the outside. Creamy on the inside. And ridiculously good. 🤌

Available Tuesday & Wednesday only as part of our $25 Girl Dinner Flight — mix & match your favorites and, of course, pair it with a martini. Because that’s dinner. 💅🍸

✨ Pardon our progress… Fillies is getting a little glow-up! ✨

We’re giving the interior of Fillies on Phila a fresh new look — updating, refreshing, and adding a few special touches to make the space feel even more like us. 💚

You may notice a little work in progress when you visit over the next few weeks, but don’t worry — we’re OPEN and serving up everything you love while the makeover happens around us.

Consider it a behind-the-scenes peek at what’s coming. 👀 We can’t wait for you to see the finished look!

Same Fillies. Same food, cocktails & good times. Just getting a little prettier. ✨🐎

🍎🔥 PIZZA OF THE WEEK: APPLE & HOT HONEY PROSCIUTTO 🍯🍕

Sweet, salty, creamy, crispy… this one has fall in Saratoga written all over it.

We’re starting with a garlic olive oil base and whole-milk mozzarella, then layering on:

🍎 Thinly sliced Honeycrisp apples
🤍 Dollops of whipped ricotta
🧅 Caramelized onions
🥓 Prosciutto
🍯 A generous hot honey drizzle

The Honeycrisp gives it that perfect sweet crunch, the prosciutto brings the salty, and the hot honey ties the whole thing together with just enough heat.

Available this week only at Fillies on Phila. Come hungry. 💚 Leave obsessed.

Big news from our little corner of Phila Street! 💚🏇

We’re so excited to see Fillies on Phila featured in Saratoga Living’s Fall 2026 issue as one of Saratoga’s dining spots that “still seem like a secret.” 👀

Our patio got a special shoutout as a hidden Saratoga gem that stays open through the warm-weather months—and if you’ve spent an afternoon, evening, or late summer night out there, you already know why. ✨🍸

We love being one of Saratoga’s best-kept secrets… but we’re also totally okay with the secret getting out. 😉

A huge thank you to Saratoga Living for including us—and to everyone who continues to eat, drink, celebrate, and make memories with us at Fillies. 💚

Come Hungry 💚 Leave Obsessed.

🔥 GIRL DINNER GLASS OF THE WEEK: BUFFALO BLEU FRIES 🔥

Girl Dinner just got a little messier… and a LOT more delicious. 💚

This week’s glass is loaded with crispy French fries tossed in Buffalo sauce, drizzled with creamy Gorgonzola dressing, and finished with Gorgonzola crumbles. 🍟🔥

Available TODAY & TOMORROW ONLY as part of our $25 Girl Dinner Flight — mix & match your favorites and pair it with a martini, w**e, or crafted mocktail. 🍸

Because sometimes girl dinner is a martini glass overflowing with Buffalo fries…and we fully support that decision. 😏
