✨✨ It’s finally here ✨✨

What once started as only a thought, a drawing on a church paper. Should we? Should we not?
Our Grand Opening day will be this Friday, September 4th from 8am-5pm. Being able to finally say these words is a crazy feeling. We have put so much into this store and we’re excited to be able to bring something like this to the small town of Sardinia! We have so much to offer, local meat, local products, a deli where you can get sandwiches and salads. Please come check us out this weekend! We hope to have an absolute full house all day long! We hope you enjoy what we’ve worked so hard to bring to you!

Hello everyone!! We’ve gained lots of new followers over the last few months so we thought we should introduce ourselves.

Those 2 guys you see there in the middle, that’s our owners! Bob Manning on the left and Jason Manning on the right, the ultimate father-son duo! 💪🏼

Melissa Brown is there on the far left, Bob’s daughter. She is our HR, paperwork girl, beef bookings, payroll, nurse, ordering supplies and everything in between. Basically if you want to talk to the two in the middle, you’ll have to get through her first.

Then there’s me on the far right . I’m Taryn Manning, Jasons wife. I basically run the social media, help package meat, and do whatever the other 3 tell me to do. 😂

We are a family owned and operated business. Been in business for almost 80 years! We have a lot exciting things happening around here. So stay tuned for some exciting posts coming soon! If you’re not new around here, you know the season that’s quickly creeping in, and it’s about to get wild up in here! Be patient with us for all the changes that are coming as we try to iron out all the wrinkles that will be coming!! Thank you for following us and being awesome customers!!
