Goooooood morning Sargent! Today is day 4 of our re-re-regrand opening. We couldn't be more thrilled to wake up at 2:30AM to serve you and your caffeine addiction. We are here for it.....the bags under my eyes confirm that we are here for it.
Speaking of large bags....we sell bulk coffee (terrible segue). If you are heading to work (🙄 )in the field/gulf/ golf course, we can set you up with a 3 liter canteen of our premium house brew. We can also sell you a bunch of breakfast tacos and stuff too. Call or text us. Actually just text. We will answer a text immediately but need three business days to emotionally prepare for a phone call.

P.S. You do have to return the canteen eventually. We know. It’s cool like us, but you can’t keep it.

I'm Charlie Lopez and I own Yole's Catering. I am a formally trained chef with a culinary degree from The Art Institute of Houston. I have over 35 years of experience in fine dining in restaurants such as Houston's McCormick & Schmick's, Babin's, C & H Steakhouse, Pappadeaux and Pappas Catering.
